COMMON GROUND

Possessing real-world problem-solving skills and experience are critical for new leaders to be able to create the change they want. To make this paradigm shift, we have developed a new type of training program where up-and-coming leaders build change together on common ground—and with a common cause. 

Common Ground is an innovative six-month program that helps young Palestinians and Israelis develop a pathway for conflict transformation. Through a project-based approach, Common Ground equips them to analyze public policies and create a model for action and change on issues of joint interest.
