Deputy US Director

The OneVoice Movement (OV) is a global initiative that supports grassroots activists in Israel, Palestine, and internationally who are working to build the human infrastructure needed to create the necessary conditions for a just and negotiated resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

We are seeking a dynamic Deputy US Director who can help drive OneVoice’s growing portfolio in the United States, while playing a key role in global strategic decisions, communications and leadership at the staff and board levels. The Deputy US Director will work closely with the Global Executive Director in all aspects of non-profit executive leadership and management, including but not limited to: board relations and communications, fundraising, financial and operations oversight and execution, representing the organization externally, as well as fostering a culture of excellence.

The ideal candidate is a natural leader, experienced manager, resourceful and self-driven individual who has an exceptional attention to detail, works well under pressure and can lead teams to solve problems and meet deadlines, even in an ever-changing political environment.

The position is based in OneVoice’s New York City office.
